What I build

Front-to-Back 3-Layer Infrastructure. Yours, with agents built in.

One infrastructure your business owns: a website for your visitors, a member portal for your customers and an admin portal for you, on one foundation. Four agentic AI systems are built into it. They build it, run your operations and answer your customers, and they ask you first before anything that matters.

The problem, in short

Rented tools give agents six half-views.

Why this page starts with infrastructure, and only then talks about agents.

  1. You rent how you run, one tool at a time.

A site builder, a course platform, a CRM, a project tool, a form tool and file sharing. Or one all-in-one platform that bundles them. Each one comes with its own prices, limits and rules, and your data ends up in six places.

  2. An agent can connect, on each vendor's terms.

An AI agent can reach a rented tool through the door its vendor built: a connection that lets other software read and change your data there, called an API or an MCP connection. But every door is different. Open here, half open there, read only, or only on a bigger plan.

  3. The data stays in six places.

The agent works with six half-views of your business, and someone still reconciles them. It can use the tools, but it cannot change them: the vendor decides what each tool does next.

One foundation you own gives every agent the whole business, one set of rules and code it can change. So the infrastructure comes first.

The infrastructure

Three layers on one foundation. Layer by layer.

The front is for your visitors, the middle for your customers, the back for you. All three share one foundation, so a change in one shows in the others at the same moment.

Each layer has its own address. All three run on one foundation in your name.

  1. Front · For visitors

    Website

Where people find you, trust you and buy: your pages, your offers, sign-ups and checkout. Fast pages, built to show up in search and in AI answers.

  2. Middle · For your customers

    Member portal

Where customers sign in and get what they paid for: courses, files, resources and client spaces. When someone buys on the website, their access opens here.

  3. Back · For you · The command center

    Admin portal

The most powerful layer. Where you run the business, built around how you work, not around a vendor's idea of it. Your operations agents work here with you.

    CRM
Your contacts, leads and sales in one place.
    Content planning
The calendar, the drafts and what goes out when.
    Projects
Tasks, deadlines and who does what.
    Email
Messages to your customers, from your own address.
    Payments
Sales, invoices and who has paid.
    Reports
    Your numbers, in plain words.
  4. Underneath · Yours

    One foundation

One database, your files, email and payments, under all three layers. A sale on the website opens the member portal and shows in the admin portal at the same moment. One set of data, one set of rules.

An all-in-one platform

Rents you its features.

  • Its prices, its limits and its rules.
  • Your data inside its walls.
  • Features change when the vendor decides.
  • Leaving means starting over somewhere else.

Your own infrastructure

Belongs to your business.

  • Code in your own repository.
  • Hosting in your name, data in your own database.
  • You change anything, when you decide.
  • You can move it whenever you want.

What you own

  • Your code

Everything is written as code and kept in your own repository: a private online folder that keeps the full history. Every change is saved and can be undone.

  • Your hosting

It runs on a global hosting network, in your name: fast everywhere and protected. You pay it directly, at its own price.

  • Your data

One database of your own, with all your data in one place. Yours to export or move whenever you want.

  • Your OK on every change

An AI agent builds and tests each change in a secure cloud workspace, then shows you a private preview: the change, only for you to see. Nothing goes live without your OK.

The agentic AI systems

Four systems, built into the infrastructure.

An agentic AI system is an AI agent with a job, the tools to do it and rules for what it may do on its own. Here the tools are your own infrastructure, so all four work on the same data and under the same rules.

  1. 01

    All three layers

    The build agent

The agent that builds and changes the infrastructure itself. Every other system depends on it.

    What it does
You describe a change, like a new page, a field or a report. It builds the change and tests it in a secure cloud workspace. It also keeps everything healthy: updates, broken links, speed and search visibility.
    When it runs
When you ask for a change, and when the upkeep is due.
    What it asks you first
Your OK on a private preview. Nothing it builds goes live before you have seen it and said yes.

This site is built this way: an AI agent builds it, I approve the preview, then it goes live.

  2. 02

    Admin portal

    The operations agents

A team of agents for the repeated work. A coordinator takes your request and hands each part to a specialist.

    What it does
The coordinator is the agent that plans the work and gives each part to the right specialist. Each specialist has access only to its own job.
    • Contacts follow-ups, lead qualifying, the pipeline
    • Content the calendar, drafts in your voice
    • Projects tasks, chasing what is late, status updates
    • Money invoices, reminders, reconciliation
    • Reports the weekly numbers in plain words
    When it runs
When you ask, on a schedule you set, or when something happens, like a new sale.
    What it asks you first
Before anything is sent to a customer, published on your website or paid, it stops and asks you.
  3. 03

    Website · Member portal

    The customer-facing agents

Two agents that talk to the people your business serves: a visitor agent and a member agent.

    What it does
The visitor agent on your website answers from your own pages and documents, and puts each inquiry into your CRM. The member agent in your member portal handles onboarding, access questions and "where is X".
    When it runs
When a visitor or a member asks a question.
    What it asks you first
They answer only from your own content and never make promises for you. When a question needs you, they hand it to you.
  4. 04

    Between the layers

    The flows

Not agents. Fixed automation, and I say so, because it should do the same thing every time.

    What it does
A sale on the website opens access in the member portal, updates the contact in the admin portal and sends the welcome email. The agents work on top of these flows, so nothing is copied between tools by hand.
    When it runs
Every time the event happens, the same way.
    What it asks you first
Nothing on each run: you approve the rules once, in the plan, before they are built.

One rule for all four. An agent writes down every step it takes. And before anything is sent to a customer, published on your website or paid, it stops and asks you first. This is called human-in-the-loop approval, and everything I build has it.

How a build works

Map, plan, build, hand over.

Four steps in plain words. You review private previews all along, and nothing goes live without your OK.

  1. 01

    Map

Find where the work piles up

We look at how your business runs today: the tools you rent, the handoffs between them and the work nobody owns.

  2. 02

    Plan

    Agree on what gets built

Your three layers, the four systems and the points where an agent must stop and ask you. In writing, before anything is built.

  3. 03

    Build

    Build and test, in previews

An AI agent builds and tests every part in a secure cloud workspace. You review private previews along the way and say what to change.

  4. 04

    Hand over

    Own it and run it

Everything moves into your name, with written documentation. From then on, you run it by talking to your agents.

What I do

I set up the AI agent that builds your infrastructure, I build it with that agent, and I set up the agents that run your operations on it. Then I hand it all over, so you are never dependent on me.

What you get at handover

  • Your code, in your own repository, with its full history.
  • Your hosting, in your name.
  • Your database, with all your data in it.
  • Your agents, set up on your own accounts.
  • Written documentation, in plain language.
  • A short training on how to talk to your agents.

After handover, you talk to your agents.

You ask in plain words, the way you would ask a colleague. The coordinator hands the work to the right agent, the agent does it, and you approve what matters. When you want the infrastructure itself to change, you ask the build agent and approve its preview.

Three ways to get it

One infrastructure. Choose who builds it.

The infrastructure you end up owning is the same in all three. What changes is who does the building.

Proof

This site is built this way.

The proof I can show you today is the page you are reading. It is code in its own repository, on a global hosting network, and every change to it goes through the same steps as your build would.

  1. 01

I describe the change in plain words.

  2. 02

An AI agent builds and tests it in a secure cloud workspace.

  3. 03

I review a private preview and ask for changes.

  4. 04

After my OK, it goes live. Every change is saved and can be undone.

You do. The code sits in your own repository, the hosting runs in your name and the data lives in your own database. I build it, set up the agents and hand it all over. Nothing stays in my name, and nothing sits inside a platform.

What it costs to run: the hosting, the services it uses and the AI agent's own subscription. You pay each of them directly, at their own prices, on your own accounts. There is no platform fee in the middle.

It depends on what your business needs, and that is why the plan comes first. The map and the plan set what gets built in writing, before any building starts, so you know the scope before you commit to it.

You run it by talking to your agents. You ask in plain words, they do the work, and they ask you first before anything is sent, published or paid. When you want the infrastructure itself to change, a new page, a field or a report, you ask the build agent and approve its private preview. You also get written documentation in plain language and a short training.

Yes. The code, the hosting and the data are yours, so you can move to another host, bring in another developer or keep building with your own AI agent. Nothing needs my permission, and no platform has to let you go.

Not for Done for you: you describe the work and approve previews, and an AI agent does the building. Done with you and Do it yourself ask more of you, because you work with an AI agent yourself, with me beside you in the sessions or with the guide.

It is the starting point. In the map step we look at what you have, what works and what you rent around it. The plan then says, in writing, what moves onto your own infrastructure and what gets rebuilt.

In who does the building. Done for you: I build it, set up your agents and hand it all over. Done with you: we build it together in working sessions and you keep the keys. Do it yourself: you build it with your own AI agent, following the step-by-step guide. The infrastructure you end up owning is the same.

Start here

Own your infrastructure. Let agents run it.

I build it for you, we build it together, or you build it with the guide. Every way ends the same: a website, member portal and admin portal on one foundation you own, with your agents built in.
