This Refund Policy explains when ACHRAF OUAHAB MEDIA LLC ("we", "us" or "our") gives refunds. It is part of our Terms of Service. Each of the three ways has its own rule, because each one is delivered differently.
In short
- The guide: a full refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as you have not downloaded or opened it.
- Sessions: a full refund before your first session, then a refund for every session you have not used.
- A Done for you build: the refund terms are the ones in your written agreement.
- To ask, email us. Approved refunds go back to the way you paid.
01Do it yourself: the guide
The guide is a digital product. You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, as long as you have not yet downloaded the guide or opened it online.
Once you have downloaded or opened the guide, we cannot take it back, so the purchase is final. The one exception: if the guide does not work as described, for example a file will not open, and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we will refund you in full.
02Done with you: sessions
- Before your first session: you can cancel and get a full refund.
- After your first session: you can cancel the rest of the package and get a refund for each session you have not used. The amount for one session is the package price divided by the number of sessions in it.
- Sessions that count as used: sessions that took place, and sessions missed without at least 24 hours' notice, are not refunded.
- Time limit: you can ask for a refund of unused sessions while the package is still valid, which is 6 months from payment unless we agreed otherwise in writing.
03Done for you: a build
Applying for a Done for you build costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund at that stage.
Each build is custom, and its payment terms, including any deposit and whether it can be refunded, are set out in the written agreement you approve before work begins. That agreement decides refunds for the build.
If the agreement does not cover a situation and the build ends early, you pay for the work completed and the costs committed up to the end date, we hand over that work into your accounts, and we refund anything you paid beyond that.
04Costs you pay to others
The accounts and subscriptions you pay for directly, such as hosting, other services and the AI agent's own subscription, are between you and those providers. We cannot refund them. Their own refund rules apply.
05How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] from the address you used to buy, with what you bought and the date. We will reply within 5 business days. If the refund is approved, we send it to the payment method you used within 14 days of approval. Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show it.
06Your legal rights
This policy does not take away any right you have under the consumer laws that apply to you. Where the law gives you more than this policy, the law applies.
07Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. A change does not affect a purchase already made.
