Hi, I'm Achraf Ouahab

Building agentic AI systems that scale business operations.

I build the infrastructure your business runs on, and the AI agents that operate it. Website, member portal and admin portal: three layers on one foundation. You own all of it.

The shift

From renting tools to owning infrastructure.

Why AI agents need infrastructure you own, in four steps.

  1. The rented business

Most businesses rent how they run: a site builder, a course platform, a CRM, a project tool, or one all-in-one platform that bundles them. Either way, the business lives on someone else's prices, limits and rules.

  2. The cost nobody sees

Data spread across tools, a login for each, syncs that break and people copying information by hand. And the more you build on rented software, the harder it is to leave.

  3. AI on rented tools

AI agents can now do real work: plan, act, check and report. An agent can connect to a rented tool through the door its vendor built, an API or an MCP connection. But every door is different: open here, half open there, read only, or only on a bigger plan. The agent gets six half-views of your business, on six vendors' terms.

  4. Own the infrastructure

Your website, member portal and admin portal on one foundation, with one set of data and rules you set. Your agents see the whole business, and because the code is yours they can change it: a new page, a field, a report. No platform in between. You approve what matters.

The numbers · 2026

Renting costs time. And it keeps AI out.

Four numbers from this year's research: what rented tools cost small businesses, why scattered data holds AI back, and how fast agents are arriving anyway.

19days

of work a year lost to moving and re-entering data between tools that don't connect: 2.9 hours a week. Nine in ten UK small businesses lose time this way.

Sage · The Hidden Cost of App-Switching, 2026

42%

of UK small businesses want to use AI more but say their financial data is too spread out for it to be useful. 53% would be more confident using AI with their data in one place.

Sage · The Hidden Cost of App-Switching, 2026

Agents are arriving fast. Scattered data holds them back. So the infrastructure comes first.

See the infrastructure

The infrastructure

Front-to-Back 3-Layer Infrastructure. Yours, not rented.

Not another all-in-one platform. A platform rents you its features, on its prices and its rules. This is your own infrastructure: three layers on one foundation, in your name.

Already running for a real business: all three layers, handed over.

  1. Front · For visitors

    Website

Where people find you, trust you and buy. Fast pages, built to show up in search and in AI answers.

  2. Middle · For your customers

    Member portal

Where customers sign in and get what they paid for: courses, files, resources and client spaces.

  3. Back · For you · The command center

    Admin portal

The most powerful layer. Where you run the business: contacts and sales, content planning, projects and tasks, email, payments and reports, built around how you work. Your agents work here with you.

    • CRM
    • Content planning
    • Projects
    • Email
    • Payments
    • Reports
  4. Underneath · Yours

    One foundation

One database, your files, email and payments. A sale on the website opens the member portal and shows in the admin portal at the same moment.

  • Your code

In your own repository. Every change is saved and can be undone.

  • Your hosting

On a global network: fast everywhere, protected, in your name.

  • Your data

In your own database, in one place. Yours to export or move.

  • Your OK on every change

An AI agent builds and tests in a secure cloud workspace, then shows you a private preview. Nothing goes live without your OK.

The agentic AI systems

Then the agents that run it. You make the calls.

An AI agent takes a goal, plans the steps, does the work, checks it and asks you when a decision matters. For bigger jobs, a coordinator agent splits the work between specialist sub-agents. That is multi-agent orchestration, running on your own infrastructure.

  1. On your website

Agents publish and update pages, keep your search and AI-answer visibility current, and turn visitors' questions into inquiries.

  2. In your member portal

Agents onboard new buyers, give access, answer member questions and track progress.

  3. In your admin portal

Agents follow up contacts, plan and draft content, keep projects moving, chase invoices and report the numbers.

Every action logged. Nothing sent, published or paid without your OK.

How it gets built

From how you run today to infrastructure you own.

Four steps in plain words. You review private previews all along, and nothing goes live without your OK.

  1. 01

    Map

Find where the work piles up

How your business runs today: the tools, the handoffs and the work nobody owns.

  2. 02

    Plan

    Agree on what gets built

Your three layers, the agents and the points where you approve. In writing, before anything is built.

  3. 03

    Build

    Build and test

An AI agent builds and tests every part. You review private previews along the way.

  4. 04

    Hand over

    Own it and run it

Your code, hosting, data and documentation, in your name. Then you run it by talking to your agents.

Three ways to get it

  • Done for you

I build your infrastructure and set up your agents, then hand it all over.

  • Done with you

We build it together in working sessions. You keep the keys.

  • Do it yourself

The step-by-step guide to build it with your own AI agent.

The person behind it

Achraf Ouahab, founder.

What I do
I build agentic AI systems that scale business operations.
What I believe
A business should own how it runs. Agents do the work, people approve, and the result belongs to the business.
What I won't do
Put a platform between you and your business, or leave you dependent on me.

The infrastructure a business runs on, owned by the business: a website for your visitors, a member portal for your customers and an admin portal for you, on one foundation with your data, files, email and payments.

An all-in-one platform rents you its features: its prices, its limits, its rules, and your data inside its walls. This is your own infrastructure: the code in your repository, the hosting in your name, the data in your own database. You can change anything, and move it whenever you want.

An agent can connect to a rented tool through the door its vendor built, an API or an MCP connection. But each door is on the vendor's terms: partial access, rate limits, features the door does not expose, and six copies of the same data to reconcile. One foundation you own gives every agent the whole business, one set of rules, and code it can improve.

They run repeated work across the three layers: pages and search visibility on the website, onboarding and access in the member portal, follow-ups, content, projects, invoices and reports in the admin portal. A coordinator agent splits bigger jobs between specialist sub-agents. That is multi-agent orchestration.

Each agent gets only the access its job needs, every action is logged, and anything that sends, publishes or pays waits for a person's OK. That is called human-in-the-loop, and everything I build has it.

You own all of it: the code, the hosting and the data, in your name. You pay hosting and services directly at their own prices, with no platform fee in the middle.

No. You describe the work and approve previews. An AI agent does the building. After handover you get written documentation in plain language and a short training on how to talk to your agents.

Three ways: I build it for you, we build it together in working sessions, or you build it yourself with the guide. The details are on the What I build page.
